G., ASR v Juventus (23/09 2007)     ** Ticket Delivery Notice (Season 2007-2008)     We encountered some problems with delivery last season for the first time before the Rome derby on April 29th., so there has been a change in ticket delivery procedure as set out below. An increasing number of our customers are choosing to stay in hostels which for the most part will employ anyone, ergo we had a large number of derby tickets stolen from one particular hostel close to Termini station. This caused us untold difficulties the day before and the morning of the game, difficulties which continued long after the derby had finished. We had to source tickets at the extreme last minute in order to make sure that our customers could at least see the game, albeit in different seats to those originally ordered. These people have been offered free tickets to a game of their choice this season as reasonable compensation. If you insist on staying in a hostel when you are here, you must collect your ticket/s from our office before the game. This is not negotiable. Ticket delivery to customers staying in hotels, rented apartments or with friends will continue as normal. (July 2nd. 2007)
