(a) if for any reason we are not able to purchase tickets on your behalf in the seating category ordered, you will be refunded the face value price difference within 28 days of the game if your amended tickets are in a cheaper category, or you must pay us the price difference as listed on our website before the game if your amended tickets are in a more expensive category.

(b) if for any reason we are not able to purchase tickets on your behalf in any category, you will be refunded the money you paid for your tickets in full within 28 days of the game.

(c) please check www.romalazio.co.uk every day for updates. scheduled fixtures and kick off times are subject to change at very short notice.

(d) local laws may be enforced at very short notice. from time to time, even if you have a ticket/s, you will not be allowed to enter the stadio olimpico unless you are a season ticket holder or resident of rome. if we have purchased and delivered tickets on your behalf, but you cannot enter the stadio olimpico because you are not a season ticket holder or resident of rome, you will not be refunded.

(e) if we have purchased tickets on your behalf and you cannot attend the game for any reason, you will be refunded the face value price of the tickets you ordered within 90 days of the game. in this case we must wait for reimbursement from our suppliers, if any.

(f) group ticket orders (15 pax or more): deposit payment (30% of order total) must be received by us no later than 28 days before the game. outstanding balance (70% of order total) must be received by us no later than 10 days before the game. late payment of balance incurs a 10% charge (10% of order total), which must be received by us no later than 7 days before the game. we do not process group ticket orders received 28 days or less before the game.

the face value of tickets are lower than our own prices which take into account site design, site updates, tickets procurement and delivery, third party commission payments, advertising, communications and related business activities.
