(a) if for any reason we are not able to supply you with match tickets in the seating category ordered, you will be refunded the FACE VALUE price difference within 28 days of the game if your amended tickets are in a cheaper category, or you must pay us the price difference as listed on our website before the game if your amended tickets are in a more expensive category. required presentation and copying of original document at point of sale is the most common reason.

(b) if for any reason we are not able to supply you with match tickets in any category, you will be refunded the money you paid for your tickets in full within 28 days of the game.

(c) please check www.romalazio.co.uk every day for updates. sunday afternoon fixtures are sometimes put back to saturday evening for italian sky tv.

(d) local laws may be enforced at very short notice. from time to time, even if you have a ticket/s you will not be allowed to enter the stadio olimpico unless you are a season ticket holder or resident of rome. if we have purchased and delivered tickets on your behalf, but you cannot enter the stadio olimpico because you are not a season ticket holder or resident of rome, you will not be refunded.
