(a) if for any reason we are not able to purchase tickets on your behalf in the seating category as ordered, you will be refunded the face value price difference within 60 days of the match if your amended tickets are in a cheaper category, or you must pay us the price difference as listed on our website before the game if your amended tickets are in a more expensive category. this does not include point (h) below.

(b) if for any reason we are not able to purchase tickets on your behalf in any category and the match is played on the scheduled date, you will be refunded the money you paid for your tickets in full within 60 days of the match. this does not include points (d), (g) below.

(c) please check www.romalazio.co.uk every day for updates. scheduled fixtures and kick off times are subject to change at very short notice.

(d) if you are not able to attend the match for which you purchased tickets because it has been postponed and rescheduled, you will be offered replacement tickets in the same category as ordered for the team's next home match in any competition following the postponement. alternatively, you will be offered the same tickets as purchased for the postponed match on the rescheduled date. if you cannot attend the next home match or rescheduled match, you will be issued with a credit note for the money you paid for your tickets to be used within 90 days of the postponement. credit notes can only be used to pay for football tickets as listed on www.romalazio.co.uk

(e) if you are not able to attend the match for which you purchased tickets for any other reason, you will not be refunded.

(f) order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances once payment has been received by us.

(g) if in any event tickets are lost or mislaid during delivery and it is necessary to issue last minute replacements, you will be provided with details of one of our last minute suppliers and advised to attend their premises directly in rome city centre. in this case you will be refunded the extra money paid for said replacement tickets.

(h) if, at our sole discretion, in order to guarantee your safety and security in the stadio olimpico, rome, we decide to change the seating category as ordered at short notice, you will not be refunded the price difference as listed on our website before the game for your amended tickets.
